昨日はカバーの糊づけ作業をしました。3mmの板紙にプリントアウトした紙を貼る作業。
のりは製本を始めた当初よりも水を多めにしてます。のりが伸びやすい方が実はシワにならない場合が多い印象。
これまで、一枚ごとに、表紙面から折り込みまでを一気に行っていましたが、今回は表紙面のみに糊を塗り、一旦重しを置いて待つ。
その後、折り込みをまとめて作業するようにしてみました。
こちらの方が作業はやりやすいかも……？
今後も試行錯誤していきます。
