+掲示板の利用
当掲示板の管理者（以下「管理者」という）は、事前に利用者の発言内容を閲覧することはしません。従って、発言の内容（真偽、正確性、第三者の権利を侵害していないこと等）や掲示板利用の状態については一切保証しておりません。掲示板のご利用は、利用者ご自身の責任において行っていただきます。

+発言に対する権利等
掲示板における発言の著作権は、当該発言を書き込んだ利用者（以下「発言者」という）に帰属するものとみなします。発言者は、当該発言により生じた全ての責任を負います。

+禁止行為
当掲示板において以下の行為を禁止します。
・日本国法令または公序良俗に反するおそれのある発言
・著作権などの第三者の知的財産権を侵害し、または侵害を助長する行為
・国内法に抵触するサイトへのリンク
・第三者のプライバシーを侵害し、もしくは秘密を漏えいするような発言
・第三者に対する誹謗中傷または名誉毀損、もしくは他者に対して不利益または不快感を与えるおそれのある発言
・虚偽または故意に誤解を与える発言
・他の利用者の個人情報を収集し蓄積すること、またはこれらの行為をしようとすること
・掲示板及び掲示板を接続しているサーバーやネットワークを妨害したり、混乱させたりすること
・本掲示板の使用目的とは無関係な発言
・管理者等が禁止を明示した発言または削除した発言と同一または類似する内容の発言

+発言の削除
管理者は、当利用規約に反していると認められる発言等について、利用者の同意を得ることなしに投稿内容を修正・削除することができるものとします。また、それについて一切の責任及び理由説明の義務を負いません。

+免責事項
利用者が当掲示板の利用により第三者の権利を侵害し、または第三者に対して損害を与えたことに関連して生じた全ての苦情や請求について、管理者は損害賠償その他の責任を負いません。

+Use of the BBS
The administrator of the BBS (hereinafter referred to as “the administrator”) does not have prior access to the content of users’ comments. Therefore, we do not guarantee the content of the statements (authenticity, accuracy, non-infringement of third party rights, etc.) or the state of use of the BBS. Use of the BBS is at the user’s own risk.

+Rights to the Comments
The copyright of any statement made on the BBS shall be deemed to belong to the user who has made the statement (hereinafter referred to as “the speaker”). The speaker is responsible for any and all liability arising from his/her statement.

+Prohibited Acts
The following acts are prohibited on the BBS.
Statements that may offend the laws of Japan or public order and morals.
Any act that infringes or encourages infringement of a third party’s intellectual property rights, such as copyrights.
Links to sites that are in violation of domestic laws
Statements that infringe on the privacy of third parties or divulge confidential information
・Slander or defamation against a third party, or statements that may cause disadvantage or discomfort to others
Statements that are false or intentionally misleading
Collecting and storing personal information of other users, or attempting to do so.
Interfering with or disrupting the BBS or the server or network to which the BBS is connected.
Any statement that is unrelated to the purpose of use of the BBS.
・Speech that is identical or similar to speech that has been explicitly prohibited or deleted by the administrator or others.

+Deletion of comments
The administrator reserves the right to revise or delete any content that is deemed to be in violation of these Terms of Use without the consent of the user. The administrator shall not be held responsible or obligated to explain the reason for such modification or deletion.

+Disclaimer
The administrator shall not be held liable for any complaints or claims arising out of or in connection with any infringement of the rights of a third party or any damage caused to a third party by the user’s use of this forum, including, but not limited to, damages for loss or damage.
