私はヘヴィメタルの音楽が好きで高校時代からずっと聴いています。
一口にメタルと言っても様々なジャンルに細分化されていて、私が特に好きなのはデスメタルやグラインドコアといったエクストリーム（過激な）メタル。
エクストリームメタルの初心者に向けた入門用のバンドをジャンルとそのイチオシの曲と共にご紹介します。
